Let's go through another example:

Example 1: Science and Technology at John Paul College

Innovation in Science and Technology largely drives the integration of these focusses at JPC, as we live in a rapidly and ever-changing world, where new developments in these areas occur so frequently.

Example 2: Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon caster sugar

4 seaweed sheets

1 cucumber (sliced into thin strips)

sushi mat

Method:

Kappa sushi is a delicious and healthy snack. First, put the rice in the microwave. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Then, put the sugar and rice wine vinegar into a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Next, put a sheet of seaweed, shiny side down, onto the sushi mat. Spread a small amount of the cooked rice onto the seaweed. Put a piece of cucumber on top of the rice. Finally, using the sushi mat, roll up firmly to form a roll. Cut the sushi roll into small pieces and enjoy.

Australian Guide to Healthy Eating

Sushi meets the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating.  This is because it is full of healthy ingredients such as seaweed, cucumber, and rice. The recipe uses only a small amount of sugar, too.  There is no oil in this recipe. So, as you can see, Kappa sushi is a very healthy snack and meets the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating.
