Change of Homestay Requests
Change of Homestay
If you wish to move Homestay accommodation, the following procedures are in place:
- Student to arrange a meeting with the Accommodation Officer
- Student to attend the meeting and complete the Homestay Change Request Form
- Provide written permission from parents / legal guardian
- Make an appointment with Homestay Manager, like Mrs Berg, who will approve or decline
- Pay a Homestay relocation fee (if applicable)
Please note: Any change of Homestay usually happens at the end of a term and is subject to availability.
Turning 18 in the Homestay Program
It is a condition of your enrolment at the College that you maintain school-approved accommodation. Students under 18 years of age must remain in the JPC Homestay Program. Students who turn 18 and wish to continue to stay with their Homestay must remain in the JPC Homestay Program.  Â
Any requests to move out of the Homestay program once you are in Year 12 and are 18 years old are subject to approval by the Director of JPIC, Mr. Ferguson and are only granted in special circumstances.
